We accept exchanges only at this time.  Item must be undamaged and in its original condition.  Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by original receipt or gift receipt.

What is your return policy?

Although we are a children's bookstore, the search function allows you to search and purchase any book that you are looking for.

Do you sell adult books?

Because we are on online only site we can't keep inventory of everything.  If there is a book that you would like to purchase with no current inventory, you can purchase the book, we will place your order, and you should receive the book within 5-7 business.  If a book is out of stock with the publisher or on backorder, receiving your book may take a bit more time.  If it says to contact the bookstore for availability, you can reach us at orders@sweetsparrowbookstore.com

Some Items are showing as unavailable or without stock, can i still purcahse these books?

Yes, we love curating books for all ages.  Please send requests to orders@sweetsparrowbookstore.com and we will put together a curated book list based on your child's interests or needs.

Do you offer Curated Book recommendations?

If you live in Chicago or a surrounding suburb we offer local delivery for $3, you can choose this option when checking out.  If your items need to be shipped to you, we offer a flat fee of $6.  If you spend over $75 your shipping is free.

What are your shipping costs?
